Monotype Secure

Overview:

Monotype Secure is a brand protection startup. Their phishing detection platform helps brands identify and respond to phishing and impersonation sites the moment they go live, notifying users by email, enabling action directly from a dashboard, and keeping users informed throughout the takedown process.

I was brought in as the sole product designer to take the platform from concept to launch, working closely with the founder, product manager, and engineering team.

My Role:

I owned the end-to-end experience across the entire platform, from early product strategy and user flows through final implementation and post-launch iteration. This included designing the full enterprise dashboard: real-time phishing alerts, in-dashboard action flows, takedown status tracking, account history, and analytics.
